"Left feeling unsure about the provider’s knowledge"
I’m just sharing my own experience, but I went in with some questions about my treatment and didn’t feel like I got very clear answers. The provider seemed a little unsure at times, and I left more confused than when I came in.
To be fair, maybe it was just an off day or other people have had better visits. For me, though, it didn’t feel like the level of expertise or confidence I was expecting, so I probably wouldn’t go back.

"Pain control could’ve been better"
The staff was nice enough, and I don’t want to make it sound like they were rude or anything. But the pain control during my treatment really didn’t feel like it was working for me. I kept mentioning that it hurt, and maybe I’m mixing up exactly when I said what because the whole appointment kind of blurred together, but I don’t remember much changing after that. Maybe it was just how my body reacted, but I ended up leaving feeling uncomfortable.

I walked in hoping for a smooth check-in, but the front desk just felt kind of cold and rushed, like they were trying to get me out of the way, anyway, it really wasn’t a great first impression.

"Cleanliness felt like an afterthought"
I really wanted to like this place, and the front area gave me a decent first impression, but once I got into the treatment room, it was hard to ignore that it didn’t feel as clean as it should have.
There was dust on some of the surfaces and little bits of stuff on the floor, which made me uncomfortable. I don’t know who was responsible for getting the room ready, but it felt like they rushed through it or just didn’t pay enough attention.
The staff I interacted with was nice, so I don’t want to make it sound like the whole visit was awful. But for a med spa, cleanliness should be a basic standard, and whoever is managing that side of things really needs to do better. I probably wouldn’t go back.

I went in for filler and, the results were just kind of okay. One side looked a little fuller than the other, and it didn’t really settle the way I thought it would. The staff was nice, like really nice, but for the price I left feeling disappointed. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, I don’t think I’d go back for filler.

"Pretty disappointing, honestly"
I really wanted to like this place, but I left feeling let down. Ugh. The whole visit felt rushed, and it didn’t seem like anyone was actually listening to what I wanted. For what I paid, I expected much better service. Disappointing. I’m just not happy with the experience and probably wouldn’t go back.

"I really did want to like this..."
I really did want to like this place. Walked in hoping for a nice, easy med spa visit, but the vibe at the front desk kind of threw me off right away. The person helping me seemed rushed, not very warm, and every question I asked felt like I was interrupting something.
The actual treatment was fine. Nothing terrible there. But the attitude around it made the whole thing feel awkward and uncomfortable. Maybe they were just having an off day, who knows. Still, for a med spa, I expected better communication and just a little more basic courtesy.

"Not exactly the chill spa day I wanted"
The whole place just felt cold and awkward, which is kind of the opposite of what I’m looking for at a spa. The music was way too loud, and the waiting area had zero relaxing vibe. It was just kind of lame. I came in hoping to unwind, not sit around feeling uncomfortable in some weird, noisy setup.

I didn’t find the consult very helpful. It felt rushed, and I left feeling like I still had a lot of unanswered questions.

The appointment itself was fine and everyone seemed nice enough, but after I left, the follow-up felt ignored. I was hoping for a little more communication afterward.

"Looks fine, but I’m not totally convinced yet"
I spent a little time looking through ellemesmedspa.com, and overall it seems okay. The site looks decent and I could find the basic info, but I still didn’t get that immediate feeling of, yeah, I’d book here without thinking twice. Some of the details felt a bit broad, so I was kind of left wondering about a few things.
I’d probably want to call or ask more questions before actually scheduling anything. It doesn’t seem bad at all, just not quite enough to make me feel fully confident yet. Maybe with a little more specific info or clearer explanations, I’d feel differently, but as it is, I’m still sort of on the fence

"The before and after pics didn’t add up"
I expected a lot more based on the before and after photos on the site. Like, make it make sense, my results looked nowhere near what they were showing. Maybe other people have a better experience, but for me it felt overhyped and I ended up leaving disappointed

"Recommendations felt really off"
i mean, I tried the product recommendations on ellemesmedspa.com because I was hoping it would make it easier to find something for my dry, sensitive skin.
But the suggestions didn’t really line up with what I had put in. A few of the products were pricey too, and they felt more like random add-ons than things I actually needed.
Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it was just confusing and not that helpful. I ended up not really trusting the recommendations and looked somewhere else instead.

"My skin get a little better, but not amazed"
I did notice my skin got a bit better after it, so that was nice. But the whole service feel kind of rushed, like they were trying to get me out fast. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not something I was super impressed with.

"Not feeling worth it lately"
I recently signed up for the membership, based on my experience so far, it just doesn’t feel worth the price. Maybe it used to be a better deal, but right now it feels overpriced for what you actually get.

"Didn’t Feel That Clean"
I wasn’t really impressed with how the room was cleaned. It just felt like things were done quickly, and you notice little details that make you wonder how thorough the cleaning actually was. The safety steps also seemed a bit rushed, which didn’t make me feel very comfortable.

"It was okay, not the most comfortable"
The staff was really nice, which helped, but the procedure was more uncomfortable than I thought it would be. It wasn’t awful or anything, I just kind of wish they had checked in a little more during it. That part made it feel a bit harder than it needed to.
